Get Fit Bootcamp

An event every month that begins at 6:30pm on day First of the month, repeating until June 5, 2019
Join us at 6:30pm-7:30pm for a FREE 45 minutes boot camp style workout that consists of aerobic/anaerobic conditioning, plyometrics, HIIT, body weight and resistance exercises. Great for all levels of fitness. No two boot camp sessions are the same!
What to bring?
Water, athletic shoes, active clothing, a yoga mat, and a positive attitude!

For the past 9 years, Sable has taught everything from athletic conditioning, boot camp, HIIT, Cycle, Zumba, TRX, strength training, Barbell, and Pilates. During this time, she’s also received her Bachelors of Science in Nutrition from UNCG and her Masters of Science in Kinesiology from UNCC.
