24th annual Queen’s Cup Steeplechase

April 27 @ 10:00 am - 7:00 pm

The 24th annual Queen’s Cup Steeplechase races will be held once again on Saturday, April 27 2019. Races benefit the Alzheimer’s Association.
The Southeast’s Social & Sporting Event
As one of the top 6 sporting events in the region, the Queen’s Cup is the premiere, most anticipated social and sporting event on the Southeast’s calendar. No event in the Charlotte region gives you the experience you get at The Queen’s Cup. With everything from amazing tailgates, fancy hats and bow ties to powerful thoroughbreds galloping over 4’6″ obstacles. The Queen’s Cup is about sport, it’s about fashion, it’s about a tailgate extravaganza! It’s about friends and family in an annual gathering and it’s about fundraising. The Queen’s Cup has everything for everybody.
The Board of the Charlotte Steeplechase Foundation, for the fifth year in a row, is excited to be partnering in with the Alzheimer’s Association of Western North Carolina as its exclusive beneficiary of the 2018 races. Their mission is “to eliminate Alzheimer’s disease through the advancement of research; to provide and enhance care and support for all affected; and to reduce the risk of dementia through the promotion of brain health”. With your support we will be presenting them with a sizeable check on race day, so please add to their coffers by purchasing raffle tickets.
