Position: Analytics Consultant on the Wealth and Investment Management Strategy Team
WHERE WERE YOU BORN?
HOW LONG HAVE YOU LIVED IN CHARLOTTE AREA?
13 years – I have lived here since the third grade and only moved away for my undergraduate degree at Miami University. Luckily my job after college brought me back to Charlotte.
TELL US A LITTLE BIT MORE ABOUT YOU?
I am a new wife (married in May 2016), yogi, book lover, good food enthusiast, and traveler! I love meeting new people and learning about new cultures from around the world.
DURING YOUR TIME VOLUNTEERING FOR A COMMUNITY ACTIVITY OR PROJECT, WHAT IS YOUR MOST MEMORIAL MOMENT?
I mentor two girls through Charlotte Refugee Support Center. Hbe is from Vietnam and Norma is from Mexico and they are two of the most amazing resilient women I have had the privilege of meeting! I invited them uptown to see where I work. Neither had visited Uptown Charlotte before let alone been in a building more then 4 stories. Needless to say the look on their faces when I took them up to the executive suite on the top floor of the One Wells Fargo building was of pure joy and excitement! That moment of sharing a new experience is unforgettable.
IN YOUR OPINION, HOW DO YOU CONTRIBUTE TO THE COMMUNITY?
I have close connections with the Charlotte based Rotary International Club so I have had amazing opportunities to work with some of the city’s top philanthropic leaders. One project in particular, I partnered with Rotary International as well as Mothering Across Continents to interview several of the top community athletics leaders with the goal of bringing athletic programs to under-served communities.
WHAT ARE YOUR HOBBIES OR INTEREST?
I absolutely love practicing yoga and after graduate school, I will pursue my teaching certificate.

WHERE DO YOU SEE YOURSELF IN 5 YEARS?
Working with the United Nations or a large non-profit focused on human rights issues surrounding gender inequality in developing nations.

WHO IS YOUR HERO?
I will be a little cliché here and say my parents. They have been married over 26 years, raised three children and still show what it means to put your loved ones over your own interests. They are two incredible people and I would not be the person I am today without their support and guidance.
