TELL US A LITTLE BIT MORE ABOUT YOU?

I moved to Charlotte in 2004 to attend The University of North Carolina at Charlotte. I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a minor in Women’s Studies. I started my career and spent 5 years as an Account Manager in the IT staffing industry. Most recently I accepted a new opportunity at KPMG, LLC as a Marketing Account Manager where I support multiple Fortune 500 clients in the Charlotte area.

DURING YOUR TIME VOLUNTEERING FOR A COMMUNITY ACTIVITY OR PROJECT, WHAT IS YOUR MOST MEMORIAL MOMENT?

Every time I volunteer, the most rewarding part is seeing the recipients – they are all so incredibly grateful!

IN YOUR OPINION, HOW DO YOU CONTRIBUTE TO THE COMMUNITY?

I try to contribute to the community in as many ways as possible, whether it be volunteering through work, church, my alma mater or other local non-profit organizations.

WHAT ARE YOUR HOBBIES OR INTEREST?

Much of my spare time is spent traveling, decorating (I’m a Fixer Upper fanatic), reading, shopping and spending time with my family, friends and pup!

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE QUOTE THAT YOU STAND BY?

Proverbs 31:25 – “She is clothed with strength and dignity, and she laughs without fear of the future.”

WHERE DO YOU SEE YOURSELF IN 5 YEARS?

I believe anything can happen but for now I plan to still be living in the Charlotte area, furthering my career at KPMG.

CAN YOUR SHARE ONE THING THAT IS ON YOUR BUCKET LIST?

Travel to Greece & Bora Bora.

WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME YOU USED YOUR PASSPORT?

I got my passport this year and have used it twice, once to Riviera Maya, Mexico for a friend’s wedding and again to the Dominican Republic for my 30th birthday.

WHAT IS A FUN FACT ABOUT YOURSELF THAT NO ONE KNOWS?

I won an indoor speed skating national championship.

WHO IS YOUR HERO?

My mom and dad. They have been married for 32 years!
